English Certificates or duplicate certification will require 3 working days from the date received and will be mailed to the applicant via registered mail. English certificate application must include the following:
（1）One copy of Examination Yuan English qualification certificate application (PDF format), (Word format). Applicants may refer to Figure 3 for reference.
（2）One copy of examination qualification certificate.
（3）One passport copy.
（4）$500 NTD processing fee ( please pay via money order to: Secretariat Cashier Section of Examination Yuan) .
※Remarks:：
•Applicant name must be consistent with passport name.
•This service can only be done via mail. No counter service is available at the moment.
