A recent book entitled "Pensions at a glance: Public policies across OECD countries" has just published by OECD. This updated country report describes the pension system in each country of the OECD. Also, the book has provided the well-done macro and comparative analyses of the nations. The information shall be very helpful for Taiwan in the process of thinking and reforming the public employees' pension program. This paper outlines some of the major findings of the original English report.
