To keep internal structure steady and also develop the future blueprint of organization, it's very crucial to design appropriate knowledge management strategies, and the most significant part is knowledge transfer. It represents the dynamic flow rate management of knowledge within an organization.

Organizational growth is mainly depended on member's creativity. Activities about human resource management(HRM) make major influences on member's attitudes, beliefs, values and even the whole organizational culture. HRM play several roles in organizational knowledge transfer process, and the linkage between HRM and knowledge transfer could be reveal through certain activities: recruiting, training and education, performance evaluation and reward system.
