Applicants may first telephone the Section 1 Division 2 of Examination Yuan (02-82366209) and make a query with the number of the certificate before faxing a photocopy of personal ID (front and back) on an A4-size paper with the subject and category of the examination along with the serial number of the certificate, contact telephone number and a new mailing address to (02)82366215. The applicant should then telephone the Section 1 Division 2 of Examination Yuan (02-82366209) and confirm the content of the information faxed in order to re-send the qualification certificate via registered mail ASAP.
