事 蹟

從事天然物苔蘚植物化學研究二十餘年，著有專業論文五十多篇，發表於國內外期刊。研究成果讓國際學者認識到台灣豐富的苔蘚植物資源，及其所提供的學術參考價值。多年來曾與德國、英國、南非、日本及中國大陸學者進行研究合作及師生互訪等學術交流。

長期關懷科學普及教育。除早年參與科學月刊、兒童月刊、少年科學及大眾科學的寫稿及編務外，多年投入科學史教育和通識化學教育的推廣。

長期關懷婦女權益，推動性別平等教育。
